We do of course welcome walk-in's...

Each play booking is a two hour slot, and we welcome arrivals throughout the day. We do welcome walk-in's however please note many of our customers now book their table to avoid disappointment. 

 

Please remember to be kind to our staff it is not their fault if there is no space if you have not pre-booked.

How the Play Slots will work

Our Toddler area is designed especially for the under 2's with an additional soft toy area full of toys, puzzles books and more... Our green activity table contains some low level bits and bobs to keep little fingers busy.  Then there is the play frame!  Full of twists and turns, hiding places, obstacles to climb over, crawl up and bounce on and slide down!

  • Each PRE-BOOKED play slot will be paid in full at the time of booking by choosing the selected time and date. 

  • The online booking system is a simple process and for the safety of all guests and staff you will be required to complete a few forms before entering.

  • All play slots are for 120 minutes, we will be doing a full clean down before each new play slot to maintain a safe environment.  (unless otherwise stated)

  • Please make sure you arrive on time, a queue will be organised with social distancing in the drive way outside.

  • PLEASE KEEP THE 1 METRE DISTANCE WHEN WAITING.

  • Our Kitchen and Cafe area is open for Food & Drinks - please give a wave if you would like to order as table service is being carried out while we are in restricted opening. 

  • Upon arrival you will be asked your full name so we can check you in.

  • Please use the NHS Track and Trace QR code for registering you are in the building. 

  • Each booking online is valid for a mixture of Adults and Children.  We have a strict number of 'Chairs' therefore we can only book tables of 2, 4 or 6.  If you are a family of 3 please either TELEPHONE the play centre BEFORE BOOKING on 01462 440248 and check there is space for an additional chair.  If you would like to book a table of 4 instead this is of course absolutely no problem.

  • We can only hold your space for 15 minutes, after this time we will assume you are not attending. Please note there are no refunds for missed booked play slots.

  • If you are wanting to book TWO consecutive play slots for an extended visit this is no problem at all!

  • If you hold a Little Rascals Membership card please send an email to info@littlerascalsplay.co.uk and we will be able to send you a code to use for when booking your selected play slot.

  • Parents with babies under 1 the remaining credit can be used for food & drink. (£4 credit to use)
