Booking Information
Payment, a 50% deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after initial booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival on day of party. We are unable to except cheques for payment. At least fourteen days notice must be given for cancellations.

Invitations are available to be picked up when deposit is paid.

Upon Arrival, please arrive 5 minutes before your party booking, and if possible please provide us with a full list of invited guests. This will enable us to confirm all of your correct guests have arrived. For 'Peak' parties we request that all children and parents vacate the premises straight after the balloons and party bags are given out (due to limited space).

All Parties must be accompanied by at least one adult for every 6 children.

An account may be opened for any refreshments during the party, to be paid before leaving. A credit or debit card will be required as deposit.

Please refer to rules for responsible play advice and what is suitable to wear. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CHILDREN MUST WEAR SOCKS AT ALL TIMES.
